26. RETURNS POLICY
26.1. If you received item as defective/damaged or delivered at the time of error/loss, please contact us within 04 working days after receiving such damaged, defective or delayed products. Your item may be eligible for a discount or any other option available depending on the item class and conditions.
26.2. For clarification, few items are not qualified for return if the item is tagged as "No return for this product".
26.3. For gadget related items, the customer will entitled to the brand guarantee or warranty (if any, issued by relevant authority of that product).
26.4. Please note that, you should keep and be able to provide proper documentations and proof at the time of your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.)
